Honduras will negotiate with the OAS

Why should we be concerned with this observation found in the following article?: "The crisis has united frequent foes such as the United States and Venezuela. In addition to the OAS, the United Nations has condemned the action."

I think we could probably refute the claim that the elite are behind this "crisis." I imagine that the "elite" in Honduras don't want Chavez and Chavez-lite controlling everything, but I am pretty sure that many, many other people fear the loss of liberty, democracy and freedom associated with Chavezismo.
